GAME CONSOLE REPAIRS

We can repair XBOX, PS2, PS3, PSP, NINTENDO, AND WII Game consoles  in our own comprehensive workshops using the very latest in computer controlled digital and infra-red welding technology to allow precise, and permanent repair to board level, of any games console.

PLAY STATION 3, Yellow light of death (YLOD), flashing red light, overheating, will not accept games into drive, will not play games, dvd's, blue-ray films, and more.

XBOX, Red light of death (RROD) 1, 2, 3 red flashing lights, overheating, not playing films or games, tray won't open, and more.

We endeavor to complete all repairs (Parts Permitting) within one to two working days.

All completed repairs will be fully cleaned and serviced including checking of cooling fans, airflow, temperature, etc, before being returned to the customer.

Then carefully pack up your Game Console in a well padded box, give our sales team a call on 01206 864242 having your details ready, and a date between Monday to Friday that somebody will be in, between the hours of 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM and we will arrange for APC couriers to collect your Game Console, this can be from your address or work address etc. click here to down load, print and attach our address label. Please ensure that you  include all of your contact details, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number, full postal address and a description of the fault or you can click here to down load and print off our repair form to enclose in with your faulty game Console.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CABLES OR PERIPHERALS

We will carry out a inspection of your Game Console, and contact you with an estimate for repair. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair of your Game Console then we will return your Game Console back to you with a charge of £19.99 Inc VAT to cover testing and diagnoses and the courier costs. (Paid prior to your Game Console being returned.)

If you accept our estimate, all repair work will be carried out, and your game console will be returned to you within two to three working days (parts Permitting) via fully insured delivery.

All repairs will have a maximum of three months warranty from original date of repair.
