We can repair most makes of laptops  in our own comprehensive workshops using the very latest in computer controlled digital and infra-red welding technology to allow precise, and permanent repair to board level, of any laptop.

We can replace all types of screens, dc charger sockets, keyboards, and repair down to component level, our engineers can also resolve software issues, windows not loading, blue screen of death, windows looping, etc.

We endeavor to complete all repairs (Parts Permitting) within one to two working days.

All completed repairs will be fully cleaned and serviced including checking of cooling fans, airflow, temperature, etc, before being returned to the customer.

We have access to a large data base of laptop spares including batteries, power supplies, inverters, screens, keyboards, etc, we also stock a range of peripherals for laptops, including carry cases, mice, laptop coolers etc.

Then carefully pack up your laptop and AC Adaptor unit in a well padded box, give our sales team a call on 01206 864242 having your details ready, and a date between Monday to Friday that somebody will be in, between the hours of 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM and we will arrange for APC couriers to collect your laptop, this can be from your address or work address etc. click here to down load, print and attach our address label. Please ensure that you  include all of your contact details, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number, full postal address and a description of the fault or you can click here to down load and print off our repair form to enclose in with your faulty laptop.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CABLES OR PERIPHERALS ONLY THE CHARGER

We will carry out a inspection of your laptop, and contact you with an estimate for repair. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair of your laptop then we will return your laptop back to you with a charge of £19.99 Inc VAT to cover testing and diagnoses and the courier costs. (Paid prior to your Laptop being returned.)

If you accept our estimate, all repair work will be carried out, and your laptop returned to you within two to three working days (parts Permitting) via fully insured delivery.

All repairs will have a maximum of three months warranty from original date of repair.
