We can repair XBOX, PS2, PS3, PSP, NINTENDO, AND WII Game consoles  in our own comprehensive workshops using the very latest in technology.

Our workshops are equipped with the above machines which are called BGA / REWORK / REFLOW Stations, and utilizes digital and infra-red welding technology to allow precise, and permanent repair of your 360 XBOX, PS3, etc, game consoles

Estimates are free and we endeavour to complete all repairs (Parts Permitting) within one to two working days.

All completed repairs will be fully cleaned and serviced including checking of cooling fans, airflow, temperature, etc, before being returned to the customer.

Bring your console in to us and we will carry out a free inspection of your console, and contact you with a free estimate for repair. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair you may then collect your console with no charge.

Not local  

1. Choose a day between Monday and Friday that somebody will be at the collection address between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to hand the console to the courier driver. The address can be your home address or work address etc.

2. Box your console carefully, making sure there is good padding all around the console, please do not include any cables or peripherals.

Please ensure that you  include all of your contact details, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number, full postal address and a description of the fault, or you can click here to down load and print off our repair form to enclose in with your faulty console.

4. Contact our sales team on 01206 864242 with your details and preferred collection date,  Or you can e-mail your details to sales@colchestercomputers.com.

5. leave the rest to us, once your console is in our workshops, we will conduct an examination of your console and then contact you with an estimate for repair, if you decline the estimate then we will only charge £9.99 to cover postal costs and the return of your console, payable prior to the console being dispatched, if you accept the estimate we will then proceed with your repair, normally within one to two working days ( parts permitting ), we will then contact you to make arrangements for payment, we take all major credit / debit cards, and to arrange to have your console returned back to you.

We use fully insured couriers.

All repairs will have a maximum of three months warranty.
